Addressing the Cost, Value, and Student Debt in Nursing

As the debate on the impact of college debt on the nation continues to rage, the immediate issue for nurse leaders is how prior college debt of working nurses may affect their academic progression.

This study revealed information about the current levels of college debt held by working nurses and how debt may influence future decisions about their own education plans.
