GAPNA to Host All-Virtual Annual Conference

After much deliberation, the GAPNA Board of Directors has reached the difficult decision to host our Annual Conference as an all-virtual event. All options were discussed at length and ultimately, the safety of our members, attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and patients is our first priority.

We know this announcement will generate mixed feelings for some, who consider coming together in person at the GAPNA Annual Conference and membership meeting one of their favorite parts of the year. We want to personally assure you that the 2020 Virtual Annual Conference will provide excellent continuing education and engaging meeting sessions as well as valuable opportunities for interaction.

While this year's conference will certainly look different, we can promise the same invested speakers, current and timely education topics, and engaging exhibitors GAPNA conferences always provide.

The conference theme, “Celebrating the Strength of Nursing,” has never been timelier. Over the past few months we’ve been constantly reminded of the dedication and persistence of our members, our colleagues, our friends, and ourselves.

In these challenging times, coming together to learn, share knowledge, and engage with each other is more important than ever.

We are excited to be able to host our first ever Virtual Annual Conference and can't wait to engage with you during this dynamic educational event!
